Shoppers say they’ve found 'the best Whispering Angel dupe’ just in time for Christmas and it under £5
IT'S the rosé everyone's been talking about - the Whispering Angel Côtes de Provence.
Enjoyed by wine lovers across the world, the chic tipple boasts sun-kissed creamy flavours of juicy peach and sweet raspberry with zesty citrus undertones and a smooth finish.
However, whilst it has indeed become a firm favourite in many households, the pink rosé is also not the most affordable wine option, retailing for around £20 in supermarkets.
Luckily, cash-savvy shoppers reckon they've found what could be ''the best dupe'' of the boozy drink - and it costs less than a fiver.

Just like it's posh sister, Domaine l'Ile Porquerolles Côtes de Provence Rosé 2021/2022, is fresh and boasts the signature pale salmon and bright colour in the glass.
The premium tipple has notes of of white strawberry, as well as a juicy core of red fruit and undertones of summery peach.

Ideal on its own or paired with food, this rosé is sure to become a favourite in your household and amongst your guests during the festive season.
However, whilst some retailers offer the wine for an eye-watering £30 per bottle, one shopper recently stumbled across the tipple for £4.99 elsewhere - and it's not Aldi.
The wine enthusiast, TikTok user @thegoodwineco, claimed you can get your hands on the bargain deal at another popular store - Home Bargains.
''The wine everybody is talking about. It's been featured in Vogue, Decanter, Tatler and many more… and it's easy to see why,'' the cash-savvy shopper said in the video.

According to the customer, the cheap deal was up for grabs both in-store, as well as via their Free Click & Collect scheme - but bear in mind, that not all Home Bargains locations offer this option.
Thegoodwineco warned that ''about half the stores have click and collect already, with the rest coming after Christmas''.
Fellow wine lovers raced to comments, where some tagged their friends and family to let them know about the cheap find.
One person chuckled: ''I didn’t know I could love home bargains anymore than I do!!''
